Eligible Lismore properties can receive up to $2,170 in combined Rous rainwater-tank and internal-connection rebates. This is a council-program benefit you apply for, rather than an automatic discount on your tank.

- $1,000 for a tank of 9,000L or more.
- Additional eligible connections: $620 for all toilets and $550 for the washing machine.
The program covers eligible residential town-water customers in the Rous bulk-supply area within Lismore City Council, excluding Nimbin. Minimum tank size is 2,000L. BASIX-required tank capacity or connections are excluded, and previous rebates may affect eligibility. Internal connections require licensed plumbing and the required compliance documentation.
